Kitchen floor reveal

Hi you all! I hope you are had a fantastic weekend!

Now it's been a while, but do you remember how I painted our kitchen vinyl floor in May? And I told you I would show you pictures, as soon as we put the molding in?
Uh, well, I am running a little late here!

But better late than never, right? ;)

Well now, a promise is a promise, so...

...here is a shot of most of the kitchen floor, facing toward the living room.

And another...

Now this is the thing...I posted on my floor in it's entirety on Beautiful Nest, the blog my sister and I started, and explained the process from the beginning. There are many more pictures! So instead of completely replicating it here, I thought I would just direct you to our other blog! If you are interested in seeing more pictures of the floor, make sure you head on over there and check it out! Just click here! :)

Thank you for visiting! And have a wonderful night!

Blessings to you,

Hi Jenni! It's great to "meet" you here. Your pictures are beautiful.... and I admire anyone who can work through remodeling and redecorating (skills I do NOT have). Your blog is beautiful and I look forward to following. Have a great weekend...

Thank you so much for your comment! I love your renovation! I can't notice really the imperfection in the picture. I Think that after you add the finishing sink curtain it will be even more fun to show another picture...Then the progression. I So understand about the perfect shade of green! I am so picky with color!
I am buying the things for the Soda tomorrow! I think it is the perfect treat! The kids will love it! Thank you for sharing!
I wanted to tell you also that in France we do this floor all the time! Black and white is the most common but i love the shade you choose....It works so well and is less aggressive. Good job!
Following you back of course :)
Hugs

I love your painted floor. I lived with a hideous floor for years and wish I would have thought to paint it. I'm a Seattle girl/Puget Sound girl, too, although I'm now in Ohio. I say that Ohio reminds me of Seattle, without the Mountains or the water. Thanks for the lovely site.

You painted that? I'm super impressed! And I'm jealous of that red chair! I searched for one but had no luck. I have currently settled on a white one I picked up at a garage sale for $2. Guess I could try and recover it now that I think about it, lol. Well thanks for boosting my brain this morning!

Your floor looks fabulous!!! I can't believe that it is painted. I love that red stool, my mom had one in olive green and I remember using it to help my mom bake when I was little. Thanks for the sweet comments about my sons picture wall.

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit my basement progress. I bought the pillows at Jo Ann Fabrics about two weeks ago when they were 50% off. I did not see any at our store yesterday when I stopped by. I love your checkerboard floors, great color too.
