Good thing I like it there! (Actually, when we first moved here, it felt like we practically lived there...) But I get most of my paint there, because I love their Valspar paint...although I wish it was still called American Traditions...what's wrong with American traditions? But I digress...
Do you remember when I bought some paint samples to try out for the walk-in-closet-turned-craft-area and chose the color Lettuce Alone? One of the reasons I liked it was that it was actually lighter than the others, and it also looked really lime-ish! Well, when I put it on the wall, it looked more split pea to me, and WAY too dark!
(It looks much darker in person.) SO...unfortunately it means I am going to be $25 dollars poorer, because I'm going to have to find a new lighter, lime-ish color for the walls. But, unless you think I'm complaining too much here, I do have a few other more exciting things to buy there...two of which are the finishing nails and smaller crown moulding for the cornice my husband is making! So it's not all bad! :) The other purchase is a small something I will show you tomorrow for my Friday favorites post! :) Aren't you glad tomorrow is Friday?! :) Have a blessed night!

Sorry the paint wasn't exactly what you wanted. I love Lowes too! We spent a lot of time there when we lived in our old house.
I know how you feel. I have wasted way to much money on paint since we have lived here.
Your bedroom turned out soo pretty!! I'm thinking about putting a chair rail up in my kitchen with a wainscot beneath, but because all of our doorways do not have trim...I'm not sure how to hide the cut ends?? I'm taking this project on alone, as hubs is busy elsewhere. Wish me luck!LOL

I hate trying to find the right paint color. Have you used those little 2x2 (I think that is what they are supposed to cover) cans of paint to try to find the right shade. It might be a lot cheaper.
Don't you hate that I am about to tackle our bathroom I hope the paint I picked out is right. Good luck and have a great weekend!
Jenni...I have something for you over on my blog today!!
Loves!
Good luck finding the right color green! It is so hard picking out paint!
